Sonya Melescu is a St. John, St. Thomas fine art wedding photographer based in the Virgin Islands. She moved from New York City where fashion photography was her background. Living in the Caribbean since 1994 she has won awards for her photo images and become a well known and admired wedding photographer. Her work is displayed nationally and internationally.

Fine Art Black & White Photography is Sonya's passion, she is working on a book in mostly Black & White Images of women in their 9th month of pregnancy called "With Child". Sonya feels women are in their true essence on their wedding day & when they are with child.
